    • Took on a dual role as Founding Chief of Staff and Full-Stack Developer, driving both strategic execution and end-to-end product development.

ISGenius — AI-Powered Offline Emergency & OHS Platform

Emergency and occupational-safety platform built at Sollen Technologies. Implemented LoRa-enabled offline communication to keep critical messages moving when internet infrastructure is unavailable, and developed OpenStreetMap- and floor-plan-based evacuation logic for safe-area routing, location-aware guidance, and emergency-preparedness operations. Backed by a TÜBİTAK BİGG 2025 grant.

Task Completion Pattern Analysis in an Early-Stage Startup

Analyzed 486 Azure DevOps tasks from Sollen Technologies to predict task delay with a binary-classification pipeline. Engineered leakage-free temporal features such as developer historical delay rate and workload at task-creation time. Compared 5 ML models (Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, kNN, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting) via stratified 5-fold CV — Random Forest selected as the final model (Test ROC-AUC: 0.741). Developer past performance emerged as the strongest delay predictor, outperforming task category and scheduling features.
